As of Aug. 1, 2009, items received for repair purposes that are found to be in perfect working condition will be subject to a 10€ service charge. We ask that you fully test each item before returning to us.

Terms and Conditions
  • Once the RMA form is submitted to us, our technical department will take the appropriate action.
  • Repairs and updates will be immediately approved and awarded an RMA number.
  • Requests for credit will be analyzed on a case by case basis.
  • Once the RMA number is generated, it will be forwarded to the sender.
  • The RMA number must appear on the shipping document that accompanies the items.
  • The RMA number is only valid for the items originally listed in the request forms.
  • Sender must ship items at their own cost unless Global Fire has agreed in writing to other arrangements.
  • Under all circumstances, we will not authorize items being returned without an RMA.
        Items may be refused and resent to Sender at Senders expense.
  • We will not issue cash refunds. All refunds will be by a way of Credit note.
  • Return for credit can be accepted only within 60 days from date of invoice at no charge.
         If beyond 60 days, there will be a 15% re-stocking fee on "approved" returns.
  • Credits will only apply on items returned that are deemed acceptable for resale.
         Items showing usage, defacement or incomplete will not be credited.
